Anna Bartling brings laughter to Club 27

On Saturday, November 14, 2026, Anna Bartling transforms the Kulturhaus Kresslesmühle in Augsburg into a stage for darkly humorous observations, absurd stories, and pointed stand-up comedy. Her program CLUB 27 plays with the fascination surrounding Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse, and Janis Joplin – and presents a vivacious, self-ironic perspective on the myth.

Between pop myth and everyday life

Anna Bartling is 27 and definitely not cool enough for the legendary Club 27. This is precisely what she develops into her special stage evening: Instead of rockstar pathos, there are charming self-doubts, wild leaps of thought, and a humorous view on being young. The program asks why living almost and dying young is considered a myth – and why a long, preferably unglamorous life can be just as exciting.

Stand-up with absurd stories

CLUB 27 combines clever storytelling with direct comedy and precise punchlines. Anna Bartling talks about failure, cringeworthiness, and the art of not taking oneself too seriously. Here, dry humor meets personal observations and a stage energy that pulls the audience right into her world of thoughts.

An evening for everyone who can laugh at themselves

The show is aimed at all those who are fed up with flawless life plans. An arthrosis in the big toe joint, memories of swimming lessons with the 8b, and anticipation for turning 60 become absurd building blocks of a stand-up program with attitude. Anna Bartling makes it clear: It is perfectly fine not to be as cool as Kurt Cobain.

Conclusion

At the Kulturhaus Kresslesmühle, the audience can expect a lively comedy evening filled with black humor, self-irony, and unusual perspectives on youth, fame, and everyday life. Those who are in the mood for intelligent stand-up comedy away from interchangeable party clichés can experience CLUB 27 best live in Augsburg.
