Acting Training Block 1: Stage free for new expressiveness

At Sensemble Augsburg, the Acting Training Block 1 opens the space for everyone who wants to experience and create theater firsthand. On November 25, 2026, the weekly workshop combines playful exploration with concentrated stage work – an invitation to develop presence, explore roles, and rediscover one’s own voice.

The stage as a laboratory for personality

The focus is on stage presence, role work, and scenic work. Improvisation creates an open space for spontaneous reactions, imagination, and physical attention to intertwine. Each session is self-contained, allowing for immediate entry without prior knowledge.

Voice, movement, and credible characters

The art of acting begins with the conscious use of body and voice. Exercises in language, movement, emotions, and authenticity lead step by step to a believable stage character. The dramaturgy of the workshop combines classical acting techniques with practical play situations, while also enhancing flexibility and joy in one’s own expression.

Theater atmosphere on the Sensemble rehearsal stage

The Sensemble rehearsal stage creates a concentrated theater atmosphere where observation, reaction, and interaction set the tone. Between light, space, and voice, a stage experience emerges that does not wait for finished productions but makes the creative process itself an event. Sensemble stands for contemporary theater, new pieces, and diverse forms of stage art in Augsburg.

Who is the acting training suitable for?

The workshop is aimed at people eager to act in theater, regardless of previous experience. The individual weekly units function independently. A 5-session card offers the opportunity to attend five dates within the block; a one-time trial training makes the first step onto the stage easier.

Conclusion: To the boards that mean the world

The Acting Training Block 1 promises an intense evening of improvisation, body work, and scenic imagination. Those who want to develop stage presence, expand their expressive power, and actively experience theater rather than just watching will find an inspiring play space at Sensemble. Now reserve your date and discover the stage experience live.
