Friedemann Weise seeks a home – and finds it on stage

On Sunday, November 29, 2026, Friedemann Weise will bring his fifth solo program Satire seeks a home to the Kresslesmühle Augsburg. Starting at 6:00 PM, the cabaret artist will transform Barfüßerstraße into a small stronghold for sharp punchlines, absurd leaps of thought, and intelligent entertainment.

Satire with attitude, humor, and a small housing crisis

Friedemann Weise addresses the big question of where satire actually belongs. His answer is characteristically idiosyncratic: on stage, right in the audience, and where everyday life, politics, and human quirks meet. The program combines stand-up, cabaret, and musical elements into a laughter experience with surprising turns.

Punchlines with dry timing

Weise's humor thrives on precise timing, linguistic accuracy, and the courage for absurd detail. Instead of constant loud noise, the audience can expect a stage presence that seemingly begins casually and then confidently places the next punchline. The comedic atmosphere emerges from clever observations, quirky images, and a fine interaction with the audience's expectations.

An evening for fans of cabaret and clever comedy

The program is aimed at anyone who enjoys giving a home to political satire, dark humor, and unusual perspectives. Friedemann Weise dissects reality, reassembles it with dry charm, and leaves plenty of room for the liberating sound of collective laughter. Even those who like to oscillate between reflection and laughter at cabaret will find the perfect evening here.

Conclusion: Experience satire live

At the Kresslesmühle, visitors can expect a pointed cabaret evening with stand-up elements, musical ideas, and Friedemann Weise's unmistakable view of the world. Those who want to experience satire not in a quiet chamber, but with real audience reactions, stage energy, and collective laughter should mark this date in Augsburg.
