Event Hall Schwabmünchen | Events & Tickets

The Event Hall Schwabmünchen, officially the Stadthalle Schwabmünchen, is a versatile event venue located at Breitweg 20 in 86830 Schwabmünchen. The building combines modern architecture with flexible halls, a spacious foyer, restaurant areas, conference rooms, and its own bowling alley. It is particularly convenient for visitors as the hall offers around 300 free parking spaces directly at the venue and has a truck-accessible delivery ramp at stage height, making it logistically very well equipped. The location in Schwabmünchen is additionally attractive because the town is about 20 kilometers south of Augsburg, is connected by the Augsburg-Kempten-Oberstdorf railway line, and remains easily accessible by car via the direct connection to the B17. This makes the Event Hall suitable for both local guests and visitors from the surrounding area. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

Events, Tickets, and Cultural Program

When users search for events and tickets, the cultural portal of the city of Schwabmünchen is the most important digital point of contact. Upcoming events, rooms, and cultural offerings are presented in a consolidated manner, allowing the venue to present itself not just as a hall, but as an active part of the city's cultural life. The event pages display prices, entry and box office times, catering information, and often links to a ticket shop or the respective organizer, depending on the date. Practically, this means that those wishing to attend a concert, show, cabaret program, or festival at the Stadthalle can usually find the information directly on the respective event page and can proceed to purchase tickets from there. It is particularly important that the ticket model is not rigid but varies depending on the format. Some dates offer an online ticket shop, while others mention pre-sales through the cultural office or a box office on the evening of the event. This fits well with a multifunctional town hall where different organizers work with their own processes. ([kultur-schwabmuenchen.de](https://www.kultur-schwabmuenchen.de/?utm_source=openai))

The variety of programs is a crucial reason why the Event Hall Schwabmünchen is relevant for many search queries. The cultural portal features formats such as cabaret, theater, carnival, concerts, workshops, and other events taking place in the Stadthalle. A good example is The Variety, which was explicitly promoted from the stage of the Stadthalle Schwabmünchen in 2025 and presented a program of juggling, acrobatics, singing, and magic. The event page lists prices starting at 18 euros, an entry and box office time of 6:30 PM, and beverage service. Other event pages also show that the hall accommodates not only classical concert halls but also social and family formats. The search intent behind terms like events, program, and tickets is therefore clear: visitors want to know what is happening there, when entry begins, and how access to ticket purchasing works. This is exactly what the cultural portal with its detailed event pages is designed for. ([kultur-schwabmuenchen.de](https://www.kultur-schwabmuenchen.de/event/das-variete-3/?utm_source=openai))

For SEO planning, the search terms events, tickets, program, and entry are particularly important. They not only reflect the actual user interest but also the structure of the offerings. The Stadthalle Schwabmünchen is not a monothematic place but an event platform for very different target groups. Families tend to look for celebrations, carnival, or public highlights, culture-interested guests for concerts, variety shows, or theater, and clubs for usable spaces for their own formats. The official event database, the event calendar logic, and the combination of pre-sale and box office create a flexible access that is well-suited for local and regional visitors. This also informs the SEO focus of this page: The Event Hall Schwabmünchen should provide the first clear answer for those searching for events, tickets, and the current program in Schwabmünchen. Directions and Parking at Breitweg 20

The approach to the Event Hall Schwabmünchen is well-planned for different modes of transportation, as the town is conveniently located. Schwabmünchen is situated in the Lech-Wertach plain about 20 kilometers south of Augsburg. According to city statistics, the location is on the Augsburg-Kempten-Oberstdorf or Lindau railway line; from there, there are frequent connections to Augsburg, and bus lines ensure connections to surrounding towns and the western recreational area of Stauden. By car, the town is very well accessible via the four-lane B17; in Augsburg, there is a connection to the A8, and in Landsberg to the A96. This is practical for guests of the Stadthalle, as they can travel from various directions without having to navigate complicated local routes. The official hall website links this good accessibility with the location at Breitweg 20, clearly indicating that the address is a professional location for both cultural audiences and organizers. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/zahlen-und-daten/?utm_source=openai))

The parking advantage is particularly strong. The Stadthalle offers around 300 free parking spaces directly at the venue, which is a real plus, especially for concerts, celebrations, club meetings, or conferences. Additionally, the truck-accessible delivery ramp at stage height is important not only for organizers but also for the technical process on site. For larger productions, decoration, catering, or stage setup, easy access is a crucial factor, and this is where the hall infrastructure excels. The immediate proximity of the foyer, cloakroom, and halls also shortens the distances. Those looking for parking primarily want to know two things: Is there enough parking space, and is the path to the hall short? Both questions are answered with a clear yes by the Stadthalle. The official information about the parking spaces is therefore a strong argument in search results and an important part of the visit planning. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

The approach remains straightforward even when visitors come from the surrounding area. Schwabmünchen is not only connected by train but also well integrated into the urban infrastructure. This is an advantage for evening events when guests prefer to arrive by train or for family celebrations where several parties come together from different locations. The combination of train connections, B17, highway connections via Augsburg and Landsberg, and the on-site parking availability makes the Event Hall Schwabmünchen a very practical location. In practice, this reduces stress, shortens distances, and facilitates planning for both organizers and guests. Especially for events with clear entry times, such as cabaret or shows, an uncomplicated approach is a relevant part of the overall experience. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/zahlen-und-daten/?utm_source=openai))

Seating Plan, Capacity, and Flexible Halls

The room concept of the Stadthalle Schwabmünchen is one of the most important reasons why the venue is so versatile. The official hall website explicitly emphasizes the flexible room design: Hall 1, Hall 2, and Hall 3 can be used in different combinations thanks to removable partition walls. This allows the hall to be adapted for smaller events as well as larger formats. According to official information, the large concert hall can accommodate up to 660 seats, placing the hall in a size range that is very attractive for concerts, fairs, festive evenings, or large club events. At the same time, the space can also be used for more intimate formats such as weddings, family celebrations, or smaller receptions. This variability is crucial for the seating plan and capacity, as visitors are not only looking for a hall but also for the appropriate seating arrangement. This is where the Stadthalle excels. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

The specific room data shows how differentiated the usage can be. Hall 1 has an area of 292 square meters, a room height of 9.00 meters, and offers 295 seats in row seating, 124 seats in parliamentary seating, 208 seats in banquet seating, and 80 seats in U-shape. Hall 2 is combinable with Hall 1 and adds 86 square meters of space. Hall 3 measures 156 square meters and offers 120 seats in row seating, 78 in parliamentary seating, 108 in banquet seating, and 60 in U-shape; when expanded, it reaches 186 square meters and 140 row seats. Additionally, there is the foyer on the ground floor with 140 square meters and the foyer on the upper floor with 156 square meters, which can also be integrated into the usage. For search queries regarding seating plans, hall plans, or seats, this tiering is relevant because it shows that the hall does not only have fixed seating but can be structured for different event types. ([kultur-schwabmuenchen.de](https://www.kultur-schwabmuenchen.de/raum/stadthalle-schwabmuenchen-saal-2/))

For organizers, the combination of room areas and seating types is particularly valuable. A wedding requires something different than a cabaret evening, a lecture something different than a concert or a club celebration. The Stadthalle offers Hall 1, Hall 3, the foyer, and additional side rooms as a toolkit that adapts to the occasion. The balcony tiers can also be booked in addition to Hall 1, creating additional flexibility. This means in the end: The Event Hall Schwabmünchen is not fixed to a single seating arrangement but can appear both intimate and spacious. This adaptability is a central SEO point because users often enter search terms like seating plan, best seats, or capacity, even though they are actually looking for the appropriate room solution. The Stadthalle answers this search with clear data and a very broad usability. ([kultur-schwabmuenchen.de](https://www.kultur-schwabmuenchen.de/raum/stadthalle-schwabmuenchen-saal-2/))

Foyer, Equipment, and Catering

Beyond the halls, the Stadthalle impresses with equipment that is crucial for the flow of events. The foyer is nearly 300 square meters large, spans two floors, and is characterized by glass elements and a bright, modern interior design. There are two permanently installed counters available, as well as seating areas, high tables, and screens that provide information about the upcoming program. The integrated sound system even makes the foyer usable as an independent event space, for receptions, family celebrations, or smaller cultural events. For guests, this means a pleasant atmosphere with short distances between arrival, cloakroom, breaks, and hall. For organizers, it creates the opportunity to spatially stage greetings, breaks, and communication attractively. This mix of functionality and ambiance is a significant part of the overall impression and explains why the Stadthalle is perceived not just as usable space but as a true event location. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

Additionally, there is a well-thought-out catering concept. The city describes that different catering companies can be used and that the renter can generally choose the caterer themselves. Private and closed events can generally be self-catered; however, the kitchen facilities are only available to registered clubs and businesses in the catering sector. Beers and non-alcoholic beverages can be obtained through the city of Schwabmünchen. Wine, sparkling wine, and spirits may be brought by the renter, except for during break catering. For concerts, cabaret, and theater, the break catering is exclusively handled by the tenant of the bowling alleys of the Stadthalle. These rules are very important for planning a successful event as they create transparency and clearly define the organizational framework. Therefore, those searching for catering or gastronomic options will find a high-quality and structured solution here. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

The location is thus well-prepared not only technically but also atmospherically. The Stadthalle combines tradition and modern design, as the official description highlights, and focuses on a bright entrance, generous meeting areas, and a pleasant break logic. In search queries, details like foyer, equipment, or catering are often sought because these factors significantly influence the experience of an event. The Event Hall Schwabmünchen answers these questions with a clear profile: modern architecture, variable rooms, good logistics, adaptable catering, and an environment where guests feel comfortable even between program points. This makes the location equally interesting for celebrations, cultural formats, and conferences. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

Bowling Alley, Restaurant, and Private Celebrations

A unique feature of the Stadthalle Schwabmünchen is the bowling alley. The official hall website describes four professional lanes from the WM edition, which were newly installed in 2021 and are technically state-of-the-art. Competitive sports can be centrally controlled via a program, while 55-inch screens provide a good overview of scores and results. At the same time, the facility is not only intended for ambitious bowlers but also for hobby groups, families, and companies. The lane is open on Tuesdays from 8:00 PM, Thursdays from 8:00 PM, Fridays from 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 PM; it can also be used outside these times by arrangement. With a price of 10 euros per hour, it is also very attractive for groups. So, if you are looking for a special addition to a celebration or a recreational opportunity in the same building, you will find an unusual but very practical additional offer here. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

The bowling parlor is also part of the overall concept. Guests are served with hearty German-Croatian cuisine, and the visit is also possible without booking a bowling lane. This further expands the use of the Stadthalle beyond pure event operations. For small groups, club evenings, or a relaxed meal after the event, the venue becomes even more versatile. From an SEO perspective, the bowling alley is relevant because many users search for the Stadthalle not only under the keyword events but also for additional offerings, recreational ideas, or a place for private meetings. The location thus covers several search intents: event, catering, bowling, and gastronomy. This combination is not common in a municipal Stadthalle and gives the Event Hall Schwabmünchen a special touch. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

The hall is also very well suited for private celebrations. The official description explicitly mentions wedding celebrations for smaller circles, exclusive receptions, family celebrations, and smaller cultural events. Together with the modular room structure, this results in a location that works not only for large public events but also for individually designed occasions. Those looking for a hall for a birthday, anniversary, or wedding usually want a mix of atmosphere, service, flexibility, and good accessibility. The Event Hall Schwabmünchen convincingly meets these requirements through the combinable halls, the foyer, the catering options, and the parking situation. Therefore, the search terms not only reflect the desire for a place but for a location that honors the occasion. This is exactly what this Stadthalle is designed for. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/stadthalle/))

Schwabmünchen as a Cultural Location with History

The impact of the Event Hall Schwabmünchen is also related to the location itself. Schwabmünchen is a medium-sized center in the rural area and has a stable development with nearly 15,000 inhabitants, with a current population of 15,589 as of July 1, 2023, according to the city. Historically, the place was mentioned in 954 as castellum Mantahinga; according to local historical tradition, Schwabmünchen was granted market rights and a coat of arms in 1562, became Bavarian in 1804/06, and experienced an economic upswing with the Augsburg-Lindau railway line starting in 1847. Since the territorial reform in 1972, the town has belonged to the district of Augsburg, and the four districts of Birkach, Klimmach, Mittelstetten, and Schwabegg were incorporated in 1978. For visitors to an event, this town history does not automatically mean a program, but it explains why a robust cultural and club life has developed in Schwabmünchen. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/))

Particularly the proximity to Augsburg and the good transport connections make the town interesting as an event location. The official city information emphasizes the frequent train connections to Augsburg, the connection via the B17, and the highway connections A8 in Augsburg and A96 in Landsberg. These are exactly the factors that cultural audiences, clubs, and organizers need when they want to use a hall not just for the local area but for a larger catchment area. Additionally, the Stadthalle is a municipal building with clear contacts: This facilitates planning, technical coordination, and usage for different formats. In conjunction with the cultural portal, a complete event ecosystem approach is created that brings together tickets, rooms, programs, and organization within an urban structure. For users, this means a clear, reliable, and transparent experience. ([schwabmuenchen.de](https://schwabmuenchen.de/zahlen-und-daten/?utm_source=openai))

The cultural embedding is also strong. Schwabmünchen presents numerous events, rooms, and cultural institutions on the cultural portal, demonstrating that culture does not occur here by chance but is actively organized. The Stadthalle is part of this network and is directly connected to current dates, tickets, and room information through the portal. So, if you are looking for an event hall in Schwabmünchen, you will find not just a building but a culturally embedded address with a clear function, good infrastructure, and a wide range of uses. This is precisely what creates relevance for search queries related to events, tickets, directions, parking, seating plans, seats, and capacity. The Event Hall Schwabmünchen is therefore a very good example of a modern, municipal event venue with regional impact.

We attended the guard meeting in Schwabmünchen on January 11, 2026. The town hall is truly fantastic and modern. Drinks and food were very reasonably priced. We felt very comfortable and spent a lovely afternoon and evening enjoying good entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful event! See you next year!
