An Afternoon Full of Rhythm and Movement

The program combines dance, fitness, and bodywork. Classes include Ecstatic Rock Dance, Tango Argentino, Tap Dance, Salsa Cubana, Salsa Rueda, Semba, Forró, Kizomba, Urban Kizz, and Bachata, along with Aero-Pilates, Pilates, Body Movement, Jazz Dance, and Shaolin Kung Fu.

From Salsa to Kizomba: Dance Styles in Two Rooms

In Room 2, the afternoon begins with Ecstatic Rock Dance. This is followed by an introduction to Tango Argentino, Tap Dance, Salsa Cubana, and Salsa Rueda. Semba and Forró add further musical colors to the dance floor. Room 3 focuses on calmer and powerful movement sessions: Pilates, Body Movement, Shaolin Kung Fu, Urban Kizz, Aero-Pilates, Jazz Dance, Bachata, and authentic Kizomba.

Trial Classes for Beginners and Dance Enthusiasts

The Open House Day offers an opportunity to explore different forms of dance without performance pressure. Whether it's flowing partner dance movements, precise footwork in Tap Dance, dynamic body pressing in Kung Fu, or rhythmic combinations in Salsa and Bachata: the open sessions showcase the range of the club and provide space for new inspiration.

Stadium Atmosphere on the Dance Floor

Where else the audience cheers from the stands, the tension arises directly on the floor in the dance hall. Music, fan chants in a figurative sense, concentrated gazes, and collective learning create a lively game tension. The experienced course leaders guide through techniques, tactics, and movement processes, making visible how individual steps create a harmonious gameplay system.
