Dice, Fantasy, and Collaborative Storytelling: Dungeons & Dragons in Augsburg
On November 18, 2026, the State Theatre Augsburg invites you to an open Dungeons & Dragons game meeting at martini-Park. Starting at 19:00, a fantastic game world will be created where characters, decisions, and collaborative storytelling will determine the course of the evening.
Pen-and-Paper with a Theatrical Flair
Dungeons & Dragons combines role-playing and social gaming with improvised storytelling. Participants take on the roles of dwarves, elves, barbarian gnomes, or other fantasy characters and embark on adventures together. Dice rolls, dialogues, and creative ideas shape a story that emerges directly at the gaming table.
An Open Meeting for Beginners and Experienced Players
The format of the State Theatre Augsburg is aimed at newcomers as well as seasoned Dungeons & Dragons fans. The open atmosphere facilitates entry and creates space for encounters within the Augsburg role-playing community. Prior knowledge is not the focus: curiosity, joy in playing, and a desire for collaborative storytelling are what matter.
Digital Theatre Meets Fantasy Adventure
As a fifth genre, the Digital Theatre of the State Theatre Augsburg combines established stage formats with technology and interactive experiences. The monthly role-playing meeting expands this profile with an analog event experience, where audience mood, organization, and creative participation play closely together.
Event Atmosphere in martini-Park
martini-Park provides the cultural framework for the evening. Between theatrical ambiance, fantasy elements, and concentrated gaming round, a special event atmosphere arises: Plans are crafted at the table, dangers are overcome, and stories are jointly developed.
Conclusion: Augsburg Experience Fantasy Participation
Dungeons & Dragons at the State Theatre Augsburg promises an immediate event experience for role-playing fans, theatre enthusiasts, and curious newcomers. Those who want to not only watch adventures but also shape them themselves will experience this evening best live at martini-Park.
