Expedition Earth: Experience Liguria anew on two wheels
On November 28, 2026, the Parktheater in the Kurhaus Göggingen transforms into a venue for adventure, landscapes, and cultural discoveries. The multivision show Expedition Earth takes you with Harald Philipp to Liguria – a region between the Mediterranean, steep old towns, alpine ridges, and surprisingly wild mountain bike trails.
Between Cinque Terre and alpine peaks
Harald Philipp explores Liguria not from the perspective of classic postcard images. His journey leads from Eastern Liguria around the Cinque Terre to the port city of Genoa and the Monte Carmo above Pietra Ligure. In the hidden hinterland around Molini di Triora, visitors encounter a landscape between Mediterranean ease, rugged mountains, and deeply rooted everyday culture.
Mountain bike adventure as an aesthetic experience
The tour combines athletic boundary experiences with precise landscape observation. E-mountain bikes, trains, and sailboats become unusual travel instruments that open new perspectives on Liguria. Steep paths, rocky ridges, winding old towns, and the light of the Mediterranean shape the visual dramaturgy of this live report.
90 minutes full of images, motion, and storytelling
The multivision show offers 90 minutes of live narration, seven new bike videos, and photographs from renowned mountain bike photographers and filmmakers. Harald Philipp combines personal travel experiences with background knowledge about landscapes, regional changes, and the development of a destination that offers far more than just known shuttle routes.
Cultural education through travel and perspective change
Expedition Earth is aimed at mountain bike fans, lovers of Italy, and anyone who wants to discover regions beyond tourist routines. The event makes visible how natural spaces, mobility, and cultural identity influence each other. From the examination of the photographic and cinematic images, an intense art experience arises between documentation, adventure report, and visual landscape storytelling.
Conclusion: Experience Liguria live
Expedition Earth promises an impressive exhibition atmosphere in the medium of multivision: powerful images, authentic narratives, and a differentiated view of one of the most fascinating regions of Italy. Those seeking new paths on a mountain bike, unknown mountain areas, and an aesthetic experience with depth will experience an inspiring evening at the Parktheater. Secure your ticket now and rediscover Liguria.
