Clone of Spielwiesn 2026: Augsburg becomes a playground for all generations
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, the Clone of Spielwiesn transforms the Augsburg Messe into a meeting point for board games, social games, role-playing games, and creative leisure worlds. From 10:00 AM, families, gaming groups, avid gamers, and curious newcomers will discover new game ideas together and experience a diverse trade fair format with a real community feeling.
Game worlds to try and explore
The festival atmosphere of Spielwiesn arises where new games are not only presented but can be tried out directly at the table. Large and small publishers, authors, and game fans come together, explain rules, test strategies, and share their enthusiasm for modern gaming culture.
A multi-day experience with a large community
The format is part of a three-day gaming event in Augsburg. The program connects board and social games with role-playing, creative leisure worlds, and intergenerational participation moments. Last year, the format attracted around 16,500 visitors and about 100 exhibitors from Bavaria, Austria, Switzerland, and neighboring states.
Festival grounds Messe Augsburg
The Messe Augsburg provides the professional framework for this special gaming event. Between exhibitor areas, game tables, and various experience zones, a vibrant trade fair atmosphere is created where families can play together and experienced game fans can discover new artist lineups from the board game scene – from the publisher's booth to personal recommendations at the game table.
Conclusion: A Sunday for gaming enthusiasts
The Clone of Spielwiesn brings together people who appreciate playing together, creative ideas, and personal encounters. Those who want to test new board games, explore role-playing worlds, and experience a varied day with the gaming community will find the perfect meeting point at the Messe Augsburg on November 8, 2026.
