Ray Wilson brings Genesis classics and his own songs to Augsburg
On November 22, 2026, Ray Wilson transforms the Spectrum in Augsburg into a meeting point for rock fans, Genesis lovers, and friends of intense live music. With his Genesis Classic Show, the former Genesis singer presents great songs from the band's history and selected titles from his solo career.
Between Progressive Rock and personal stage energy
Ray Wilson is one of the distinctive voices of British rock music. As the frontman of Stiltskin, he achieved an international number-one success with Inside. Later, he took over the vocals for Genesis and contributed to the studio album Calling All Stations, which reached number two in the German and British charts.
Genesis Classic: familiar songs in a new sound
The concert combines the dramatic expanse of progressive rock with a direct, emotional stage performance. Genesis classics meet songs from Wilson's solo work and gain a dynamic mix of rock, acoustic passages, and atmospheric orchestration through the band lineup. Precise synchronization, expressive singing, and a well-defined sound shape the concert experience.
The Weight Of Man Tour 2026
The Augsburg concert is part of the The Weight Of Man Tour 2026. Wilson embodies a connection between musical reflection and current artistic perspective. His long-standing experience, numerous studio and live releases, and continuous touring give the show a special musical authority.
Live at Spectrum Augsburg
The Spectrum provides the perfect setting for an evening filled with great melodies, distinctive guitar lines, and penetrating voice. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the concert begins at 8:00 PM. The presale price is 36.90 euros plus any possible shipping costs; tickets at the box office cost 40.00 euros.
Conclusion: An evening for Genesis fans and rock nostalgics
Ray Wilson connects in Genesis Classic the history of a legendary band with his own musical signature.
