Gregorian brings festive sound magic to Augsburg
On Monday, November 23, 2026, Gregorian transforms the Congress am Park in Augsburg into a place between sacred atmosphere, modern pop music, and grand stage performance. The Magical Christmas Tour combines characteristic choral singing with well-known Christmas songs and a lavishly staged live show.
Gregorian chant meets modern concert dramaturgy
The concept developed by producer Frank Peterson sets the sound language of Gregorian chant into contemporary arrangements. Classical melodies, hymnic harmonies, and modern sound blend into a crossover experience that alternates between serene devotion and powerful concert energy.
Festive atmosphere with light and sound
The Magical Christmas Tour focuses on the most beautiful Christmas songs in the world. Warm lighting moods, choral synchronization, and a theatrical stage performance create the emotional framework for a concert evening filled with goosebump moments. In the Congress am Park, the multi-voiced singing unfolds its effect particularly impressively in the acoustic expanses of the concert hall.
An internationally successful music project
Gregorian is counted among the most successful choral projects of the present day. The ensemble looks back on more than 2,000 concerts in 36 countries and over 11 million albums sold. Albums like Masters of Chant, The Final Chapter, and 25/2025 showcase the musical breadth between pop, rock, classical, hymns, and Christmas chants. The Final Chapter reached number 8 on the German album charts.
Live date in Augsburg
Doors open at 7:00 PM, the concert starts at 8:00 PM and is expected to end around 10:30 PM. The organizer is Concertbüro Zahlmann GmbH. Tickets are available in various categories and cost between 65.25 and 99.75 euros according to event information.
Gregorian promises a festive concert experience in Augsburg with impressive acoustics, emotional choral arrangements, and a visually striking production. Those who wish to experience Christmas music away from familiar routines should enjoy this evening live at the Congress am Park.
