Paris meets Augsburg: EGGS & Bright Pattern at Souterrain Cosmopolis
On Friday, November 6, 2026, the Souterrain Cosmopolis in the Grandhotel Cosmopolis will transform into a meeting point for international indie sounds and local guitar music. EGGS from Paris and Bright Pattern from Augsburg will bring Jangle Pop, Post-Punk, Garage Rock, and energetic Indie Rock to a shared stage. Admission is based on donations.
EGGS: Raw guitars and melodic individuality
The Parisian band EGGS combines catchy melodies with raw guitars, Lo-Fi Post-Punk, and intricate arrangements. Since their formation in 2017, the group has continuously developed their distinct sound. The album Crafted Achievement from 2024 showcases the band balancing melodic indie and unrefined rock energy.
In concert, this mixture reveals its special effect: edgy sound colors meet precise synchronization, driving rhythms, and a stage performance with its own signature. Between the lightness of jangle pop and the tension of post-punk, a sound arises that remains direct, fluid, and surprising.
Bright Pattern: Augsburg Indie with glam and garage influences
The evening will be opened by Bright Pattern from Augsburg. The trio combines indie rock with influences from glam rock, folk rock, and garage rock. Artists like David Bowie, The Clash, and The Velvet Underground shape the musical orientation of the band, which connects timeless melodies with a distinct sound language.
Bright Pattern sees music as a community. Their songs stand for understanding and solidarity, giving the concert evening a local, personal dimension. Thus, a concert experience is created that does not rely on grand gestures, but lives off closeness, energy, and the immediate mood of the audience.
